Creating a Communication Plan
A Communications Plan is necessary to organize the efforts of a group to achieve the desired change in housing policies or behaviors on a particular housing issue important to the community.
The Communications Plan establishes:

the goals to be achieved,

the activities that are required to accomplish the goals,
